Safety and Environment
Safety is at the core of our operations at BBC Chemical. Through stringent preventive measures, technological investments, and continuous training, we ensure the protection of employees, communities, and the environment, fully complying with regulations.
Commitment to Safety and Sustainability
At BBC Chemical, the safety and well-being of our employees, the community, and the environment are at the core of everything we do. We operate in full compliance with current regulations, ensuring the highest level of adherence to the strict requirements of the chemical industry.
Under Legislative Decree 105/15 (Seveso Directive), our facility is classified as a higher threshold site due to the presence and processing of raw materials and finished products classified as toxic and/or hazardous to the environment (H400, H410, and H411 statements).
Aware of the responsibility this entails, we constantly invest in improving the safety of our plants, adopting the best available technologies, and continuously training our staff. Every individual entering the production site is informed and trained to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with regulations.
Our policy for preventing major accidents is a fundamental pillar in fostering transparent and constructive dialogue between the company and the surrounding community.
Safety, responsibility, and innovation: the values that guide every decision we make.

A Concrete Commitment to the Environment
n BBC Chemical, we adopt best practices to protect the environment, strictly adhering to national and international regulations.
With a dedicated structure in place, we promptly implement legislative updates and new sustainability standards, but our commitment goes beyond compliance. We are investing in innovative projects to reduce our environmental impact and make our company increasingly sustainable.
We have obtained the Integrated Environmental Authorization (D.Lgs. 152/06) and are pursuing concrete goals such as the RSPO certification for the use of sustainable palm oil and the recognition of our Carbon Footprint, to monitor and reduce CO₂ emissions.
Sustainability is not just a requirement; it is a responsible choice for the future.
